A practice built for the whole country, fed by one postcode.
Samantha Wright runs a Perth-based sports dietitian practice built for a specific kind of client: the everyday athlete. A full-time professional who trains hard Monday to Friday and races HYROX, marathons or endurance events on the weekend.
She could service that client anywhere in Australia. The problem was never her service, it was reach. Her pipeline depended almost entirely on referrals and leads passed through her clinic network, which worked, until it stopped being enough. Referrals are unpredictable, slow, and geographically limited, and there was no system actively finding the exact person she was built to help outside her own postcode.
